We took over this project when the renovations where half done, which scared of a lot of buyers. So we took the time to finish the renovations on the two houses that is located on the same lot. There were all together five apartments in the two houses, but only two were rented out.

We realized the immense potential of the property if we upgraded the rental units, fixed the walls, renovated the three bathrooms and overall committed to small repairs – so thats what we did.

After that, we fully rented out all the apartments and made it into an easy to run, fully rented out property where the new owner don’t need to worry about upkeep costs for quite some time.
