Oxie

Building Permit: In Progress

Apartment Sales: To Be Confirmed
Completion Date: To Be Confirmed

Probably one of the most magical buildings we ever encountered, this beauty was once owned by a famous flower decorator who adorned the Swedish castle for the kings 50th birthday and taught the queen and her court how to decorate with flowers.
Part of the building was completed in 1915, with the other half finished in 1920. From then onwards, the building served as a local market place. Then in 1993, Ingvar Strandh took over and applied his magic to it by creating a garden. The local people were in awe at the garden he created, with many folks enjoying a daily walk there, sitting on a private bench or merely admiring the flora on display.
When we first saw the building, we thought how magical it would be to create awe-inspiring apartments that take the breath away just like Ingvar did with his garden. After several newspaper articles, our ideas gained a lot of interest from investors and locals who would like to live in Oxie building. We even have people walking in from the streets asking if they can book the apartments.
Project Details: Unfortunately, the city has not been very favorable to our plans. We are still positive that we can get this building approved for apartments, but we are also exploring other opportunities. We will post later on more about this project.
